When you encounter the "EOFError: Compressed file ended before the end-of-stream marker was reached" error when unzipping, decompressing or ingesting data, it's possible the file was not fully downloaded. 

You can check the checksum value to confirm if the downloaded file is complete. If the checksum value indicates the downloaded file is incomplete, please download the main file again and re-attempt the ingestion process.
