What is the reuse rate of a URL?

The reuse rate for URLs is %.0017 of the time. This was found by taking a month of daily job record files and counting the distinct hashes that have multiple delete dates, and multiple ONET occupation code changes. An ONET occupation code change would represent a change great enough to the job title and or description that it is viewed as a different occupation. We assume this means a company is reusing this URL for different jobs.

Below are the numbers used in the above calculation

Total hashes with a delete date = 1876200

Total hashes with a delete date and ONET change = 3374

3374/1876200 = .0017
