What’s New in Compass?

9/23/2024

  • Multiple Tabs - The ‘Company Name or Ticker’ filter has been updated to be a multi-select filter in all tabs except Company Detail and Subsidiary Detail.

  • All Tabs - When ‘All Employers’ is selected and a user is using the ‘Company Name or Ticker’ filter, public companies will show up at the top of the search results for the selected search.

  • All Tabs - DBA names were added to the 'Company Name or Ticker' filter to allow for more flexible and robust company searching.

  • Comparison Tab - Additional job filters have been added to this tab. 'Job Title', 'Occupation', and 'Normalized Job Title' filters have been added to allow deeper comparisons between employers.

 

8/30/2024

  • Statistic Tab - The ‘Company Name’ and ‘Ticker’ elements are now broken out into separate fields in the ‘Statistics Data’ table.

  • Job Listings & Descriptions Tab - You can now sort by different columns and directions for the entire dataset instead of just the limited 1,000 records returned in the table.

  • Multiple Tabs - You can now filter by city for jobs that are not mapped to a MSA.

  • Overview and Job Listing & Description Tabs - You can now click on ‘Companies Hiring’ and ‘Total Historical Companies’ KPIs and it will download the list of companies for you to view.

 

8/9/2024

  • Skills/Salary/Job Listings & Descriptions - Salary & Skills Tabs - A ‘Seniority’ filter was added to filter jobs by experience level.

 

7/29/2024

  • Jobs Listings and Descriptions Tab - You can now do AND and OR searches in the ‘Job Title’ and ‘Description Search’ searches:

    • To do an OR search, separate your keywords with ||

    • To do an AND search, separate your keywords with &&

  • Statistics - A Daily Job Listings line graph was added to the right hand side of the page. You can click on the ‘Company Name’ or ‘Ticker’ or use the filters above the graph to populate data in the graph.
